Structure composition of smoking furnace:

This machine is mainly composed of a furnace body, an electric heating system, a circulating air system, a smoke generation system, and an electronic control system.

Structural characteristics of smoking furnace

1. Furnace body: All internal components and outer walls of the furnace body are made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which has strong corrosion resistance, does not pollute materials, and meets GMP acceptance standards. Hang the smoked product on the trailer, feed it into the furnace, close the furnace door, and then process it according to the set process parameters.

2. Baking part: This machine adopts electric heating method, which can directly heat the products in the furnace. By adjusting the drying button on the furnace electrical control box, heating can be directly carried out.

3. Unique circulating air system: The top of the furnace is equipped with an electric dual speed fan, and the fan blades are dynamically balanced at 3000 revolutions per minute. The maximum wind speed can reach 25 meters per second, which can effectively ensure that the temperature and humidity of the products are consistent throughout the baking and smoking process, resulting in uniform coloring and beautiful color of the smoked products, with a high yield.

4. Smoking system: The smoking device is divided into three layers. The upper motor transmission system drives the vertical shaft to rotate. Install a mixer on the upper level of the vertical shaft. The sawdust stored on the upper layer is transferred to the middle tray under the action of a mixer. Turn on the smoke switch button, and after the combustion disk is powered on, the wood chips (sawdust) are slowly burned by heat and produce smoke. There is a smoke inlet pipe behind the smoke box, and the electric fan at the top of the furnace sends the smoke into the furnace through the smoke inlet pipe to smoke the cooked products.
